    From check-in to check-out, everything really fit here. Friendly, courteous service; well-equipped room; first-class breakfast and friendly check-out. Even parking in the hotel's own underground car park was free of charge. We'd love to come back!

    I have no cause for complaint. Everything was really perfect for us. We'll be happy to come back at the next opportunity.

    Check-in was quick and uncomplicated. Employees were very friendly! . Positive: location of the hotel, friendliness of the staff

    Negative: . - Bummer lighting in the bathroom is not practical. A dimmer would be appropriate, then everyone can decide for himself how bright he would like to have it in the bathroom. - Wardrobe's way too small. - You can't open the windows and let fresh air in the room. You feel a little locked up.

    Very large selection for breakfast. A feel-good atmosphere in the room. The beds are a dream. Service is excellent. Reception very very friendly and courteous.

    Unfortunately the room did not have the announced view. Instead look from the inside before old original facade of the post office and before dirt opaque windows. . Windows cannot be opened, no fresh air possible. Air conditioner defective at night.

    Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, conveniently located, we enjoyed the wide variety of options available during breakfast and appreciated how close it was to public transport, only a 5-minute walk from the station.

    It was just a balanced option for a quick weekend visit in Munich with excellent value for money. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of juices which I loved. Consider arriving early to enjoy the amenities before check-in.

    We stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was relaxing and fairly clean, with incredible location within walking distance of the main shopping area. The venue staff was knowledgeable and thoughtful. The service was excellent and the pool was great.
